You can chose from two types of caricaturing. Traditional or Digital or on the Digital YrWall. Traditional is the normal method of drawing on A4 paper with markers and grey toners. Digital is where the cartoonist draws into a tablet computer that is linked to a screen or directly onto a digital wall as with the YrWall.

TRADITIONAL CARICATURING

With his wealth of experience Rick has developed a unique style of caricature art which brings entertainment for all ages, from babies (yes, babies!)  to senior citizens and provides a fantastic unique caricature gift for your guests. 

His work balances great likeness with humour. Never cruel or rude Rick's caricatures include the whole body and can incorporate a hobby or pastime so they can be themed for a private event or company function. The ability to work quickly and achieve great likeness has led him to work for ITN News drawing live on the evening news for various news features including the last Tory leadership battle. Rick is happy to work as a wandering artist, reception entertainer, an 'around the tables artist' or he can be located in one spot.

DIGITAL CARICATURING ON TABLET

If entertaining one person at a time is not enough for your event Rick also draws colour caricatures on a tablet computer linked to big screens to entertain all your guests at the same time. Rick's caricatures can then be viewed working on any number of screens throughout the venue. This provides entertainment for a large audience. This was used to great effect at the Labour Party Conference where he drew many politicians and Cherie Blair.

There are many advantages to this method of working. You can use pre-drawn templates to fit in with your promotion or theme, as per the footballer and tropical fish samples here, which also increases the number of customers the artist can draw. The resulting artwork is in colour and can automatically carry any logos or corporate messages you wish. The artwork can be emailed immediately to your client, printed out on paper or t-shirts, or sent digitally at a later stage with accompanying publicity material.

DIGITAL CARICATURING ON THE YRWALL

Plasma screens not big enough for you? Why not try the very latest in technology - the YR WALL. Amaze your guests with caricatures drawn on this enormous digital screen. The artwork can be printed out onto mugs or T-shirts immediately and, as with the tablet method, your company logos and colours can be pre-drawn to appear on the artwork.
