Rick drawing colour caricatures of your stand visitors is one of the best stand attractions available short of handing out cash.
How it works:
Rick will draw a colour caricature of your stand visitor on the iPad taking around 8 minutes. Then you have a choice of options. The colour caricature can then be emailed immediately to the visitor's address so it can be viewed straight away on their smart phone. It can also be printed out onto a 6"x 4" colour photo print for the visitor to take away. The print can either be hole punched and clipped onto their existing lanyard or can be slotted into an ID wallet with lanyard to be worn around their necks. The colour caricature can also be cc'd to your email address or collected in a folder for download at a later time. You may alternatively wish to retain the pictures and distribute them later along with your company message. Each caricature is drawn into a template designed to your specification which is included in the fee.
The Attraction:
The first thing that gets attention is the drawing appearing live on the 42" screen. People love to watch artist's draw and this gives your staff plenty of time to engage with those passers by who have stopped to watch. Some of those visitors will engage further by sitting to have their caricature drawn giving your staff a further chance to speak with them. Once the caricature is complete Social Media takes over. In most cases the caricature along with your company logo etc will be shared around. Many events have dedicated Twitter hash tags and often live Twitter feeds to which the picture can be sent both by the visitor and by me. In addition to that they will be walking around wearing your freebie and proudly showing it off to everyone who's interested and directing them back to your stand. I can work without the screen but visitors are more cautious about something they can't see and assume that all caricaturists are cruel. The screen allows visitors to see exactly what's going on and also see that my caricature style is very complimentary thereby attracting many people who would otherwise decline. Plus it's great fun to watch anyway!
Requirements:
One power socket and two sturdy chairs of similar height. One for Rick and one for your stand visitor. Parking and Accommodation when necessary.
